Math, English, World History and Spanish
So he fails to properly teach all the other subjects I mentioned.
Doesn't World History cover US and Canadian history, seeing how it's in the world? Also, I didn't really learn anything about government and economics from him, however, we do talk about them from time to time. And right now, dad is studying health and medicine, and has already learned stuff for physical education (at a collage level, of course). Dad has also made me and my brother's old bunk bed, our 2 couches, our chairs, and our old TV stand. Also, from what I have seen, he's pretty good with Photoshop, but is not good with hand drawing.

World history != north american history (well, as it's taught up here)

Canadian Studies (grade 11 course) takes the history of the chunk of land we now call The Dominion of Canada.

World History (Western Civilization) is a study of the European empires and their rise and fall through history.

World History (Geography World) is, well, Geography, and not History.

You don't study north america past grade 11 up here.

Wha? Really?! I thought we were our own planet? Wow... learn new things everyday... at least the earth is still flat.

I was only stating that over here, we do cover North American history in World History, even though it's already been done in the earlier grades (as a review).

yeah, it's covered, but the thing is, you've learned enough about north america already, so they take a higher priority on the rest of the world (considering how the course is an elective, and open to those who did the S level of the previous course, grade 11 canadian studies).

Anyone can be good in Photoshop.  Learning how to actually be an artist and then being able to teach true drawing and painting skills is an art in itself.

And no, World History teaches you history in the grand scheme of things, the overall view on history.  Which lacks depth.  US/Canadian history would be a heavily in depth look at said nation's history.

And our political system is pretty much intercourse ed if it participants aren't properly educated about how it runs.  So "just talking about them from time to time" won't cover it.

Has he taught you how to make any of this furniture|:

Or this is him typing on the internet where you are not required to use perfect grammar and spelling (or not all the time)

Unless for sarcasm or humor, you should always use proper English.

Unless you are an idiot, you don't need to complain about improper English on the internet because you can understand what the person is saying just fine. Doing so would only ruin the conversation at hand.

Talking on the internet != writing skills.

My writing is atrocious.  However, I spell everything correctly.  I know how to suck up to teachers on essays, and my english marks this semester average each other out to about a 91%.

When writing casually on the internet, most people don't bother to put in apostrophes or to capitalize words.  Why?  Because you can tell what they're saying anyways, and it therefore doesn't matter.

I'm all for being a grammar freak, but not on message boards.  it doesn't matter.
