Don't know how it works with that game, but I'm assuming that it's a game that is made for moddable content.

in which case, there should be a Mods folder in your C-drive.

I dunno.  it works for Civ 4.

<sup>Well, this is a shooter, so just whatever way one might use mods in a shooter should work for this.

Well, you need WinRar. Download that from rarlab.com. Then highlight all of the folders in that WinRar archive, press extract, and find the appropriate file. At least, that's how you do it in the computer games I've played.
