Kingdom Hearts I and II were fun
The GTA games I always enjoyed playing.
I liked Mercenaries on it as well.
Also:  Katamari Damacy

Hm. Most of the games that I like are either M or dont match any of that criteria. Some of my favorites would be:

The Grand Theft Auto Series
Madden 2007
Burnout 3
Need for Speed Underground

but again, that doesn't really match your critera, does it? :P

Get the Metal Gear Solid series, the Sly Cooper series, Jak and Daxter (I only have the 1st one right now), Ratchet and Clank, Kingdom Hearts, the Socom series, Sonic Mega Collection Plus, and the Guitar Hero series (the GH games are the most top-selling games on PS2).

I've actually never played Kingdom Hearts before. I can only assume I'm missing out on something great because almost every person other than me suggested it. :D

Guitar Hero I, II, Rocks the 80's  and III are better, though.

Kingdom Hearts I & II, Final Fantasy X was good, Marvel vs. Capcom 2 (if you can find it), Sly Cooper, Ratchet & Clank, Burnout 3, Xenosaga, and Sega Classics Collection (Golden Axe in 3D = WIN).
