Also the pics for the Reply, Add Bookmark, Notify, Mark unread, Send this topic, and Print buttons are not showing up now. I don't remember if they were showing up before or not though.

It's very possible. All you do is put the hex code in the display section for each user group in the member groups section of the ACP.
