Luigi with Poltergust 3000?

Since Mario has been confirmed to equip Fludd in SSBB. Im guessing that Sakurai is leaning towards Luigi having the Poltergust 3000. I think it would be pretty cool if he did. Mario's Fludd sprays bad guys away while Luigi's Poltergust sucks them toward him. Kinda like Link's Gale Boomerang i guess.

Also since Delfino Plaza is a stage, it would be awesome if there was a stage made for Luigi's Mansion. Where you can travel through many of the rooms where you encounter different ghosts. It could be fun. :D

That's a good guess, and maybe Sakurai already has it planned out that way. Now that I think about it, it kinda leads up to it. That was a good inference, Lap. I think that, it might actually happen.

Vacuum Luigi Moveset

Neutral B: Ghost Shot: Luigi fires a ghost from the Poltergust.

Side B:Fire Element: Luigi fires his Fire Element from Luigi's Mansion

Up B: Super Jump Punch: Same as in previous installments.

Down B: Ice Element: Luigi fires Ice Element around him, freezing foes.

Final Smash: Poltergust Overload: A blue ghost appears in front of Luigi and Luigi tries to suck it up. The ghost enters the Poltergust and it overheats and overloads. Luigi loses control of the vacuum and the hose thing flies wildly around. Ghosts fly from it, doing damage depending on the type. The types are

Yellow Ghost: 5%
Pink Ghost: 7%
Blue Ghost: 9%
Boo:13%
Portrait Ghost:20%

The attack would last for several seconds and be difficult to dodge. Portrait Ghosts are rare. In order of rarity from rarest to commonest: Portrait, Boo, Blue, Pink, and Yellow.

wow im suprised i never thought of this. Nice thinking lapeh. This would make luigi a more enjoyable character for me and I probably would use him alot. I really hope sakurai would do this, it would simply be awesome. :)

i think luigi had a crappy moveset...and plus, sakurai prommised no clone characters again, so changing luigi's entire moveset sounds like a great idea! so great that sakurai could put him in the newcomers section!
