This place makes me sad. It reminds me that Nsider is dead, and this place is like the aftershock shelter of an earthquake. Only a good few make it here. I might be acting over-emotional, but you know it to be true.

I vented, I'm done now.

Discuss.

To be honest, it's on a rather larger scale than your earthquake model. Imagine a hurricane hitting a small island where people are scattered around. After the hurricane hits, everyone moves to different shelters.

We're one of those shelters. Admittedly, we're smaller than the old NSider, but I like to think we're a more close-knit "family".

anywho, nintendo power is making their own forums, and they should be opened early next year. let's all hope they don't suck (b^_^)b

To be honest, NS2 has really helped me get over it... Most of my friends went there and I felt at home again. (not trying to bash these forums, these are cool too)

Unfortunately, I've found a much higher percentage of volatile people here that will make fun of posts for little to no reason, so it does feel a little bit like that...a lot different from the original. Nonetheless, it's still fairly good.
To be seen, stand up. To be heard, speak up. To be appreciated, shut up.

Yeah, The only thing that will be the same as the old Nsider would be a grand merge of NS2 and this place, and that would only be the userbase; the admins at both are nothing like Nsider's NOAs. Well, JMV reminds me of Shaun, but asides from that. :P
