Nate is one of the head translators at Nintendo. I think he headed the translation of Melee, and I know he is the one that translates the updates.

does he know why it was delayed? I know we can't ask him about characters and stuff, but could we ask him about taht maybe?

It was in response to SWW7 asking who he is. So, that would mean he has been shot.

But hell, you can try asking him. Good luck finding his email. Also don't double post.

Especially since I can only think of one instance where Nintendo of America added on to a game that started out in Japan rather than just translating it.
