I'm sure that if his team wasnt going to be able to make the deadline (because the game was obviously not finished)
Then he would give them more time to complete it.

It's the head of the design, etc. that gets the blame. It like these things:
If a movie is great, the director and actors get credit (never the screenplay people, etc.) and if it sucks it's blamed on them.
Also think of quarterback in football. All the credit, all the blame.

I'm just saying. It's always one person getting all the credit and all the blame if it goes bad. Of course no one hears about the O-line... they didn't even get credit when Montana was throwin to Rice  X_X::

if L-cancelling is the thing where you push L or R in midair to do a midair dodge, it wasnt taken out, it was said in an issue of NP that you can now even jump after doing it! :O
