Why does everyone hate country?

It bores me. A song has to have a catchy beat or a shredding guitar track to get my attention.

Plenty of country has both of those qualities. Do you just tune it out because it's country or something? You must not pay much attention.

If I did hear a song like that that is country, I would certainly listen to it, but problem is, I haven't.
