Well, anything can be sued over, yes, even breathing. However, if the case is deemed "frivolous", whoever the suer is must pay ALL fees for the one being sued.

You know what would be even worse jobs. Insurance salesman, bill collector, or telemarketer.

You'd hate to be a telemarketer once you call my house.  We annoy the heck outta them.  Maybe that's part of the reason why we almost never get telemarketers anymore...

Watch Dirty Jobs.  I woudn't want to do many of those jobs...  although my favorite one on that show is demolition engineer.  Sledge Hammers FTW!
