Bowser (after playing Galaxy... oh, you know what I mean.) and Ridley (especially after Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, but he was always one of my faves. Dark Samus also made the cut with her own ambitions, as they were discovered in Metroid Prime 3, you know.

I think my favorite villain of all time would have to be Popple. The music in his fights in SSS is also one of my favorite in-game songs of anything.

I can't pick just one... Ganondorf, Ridley, Dark Samus, Bowser, and King Dedede are my favorites (I only saw Dedede in Brawl, but I thought he was funny :P)

Hmm, tough call.

Caiman from Star Fox was pretty hilarious, while Forsythe from AW:DoR (if you can call him a villain), Wolf O'Donnell (see Forsythe), and Bowser all work.

I kinda figured Caiman is a type of alligator/crocodile and the antagonists in Adventures were reptilian (I think?), so I thought maybe he was from Adventures.

Maybe, I need to replay 64 again.
