I wonder how Japan feels about FF XIII on 360, and Leggy: This user is currently ignored.

They don't care...no one has a 360 over there. If they have either system, its the PS3 and pretty much just that. They've got a ton of Wii's and DS's, and pretty much only PS3's. Microsoft releases nothing over there due to lack of popularity.

is it coming out for both 360 and PS3? I thought Japan loved FF

YES it's on both (thanks for paying attention).
They don't care for the 360...so pretty much 100% of FF sales in Japan will be for the PS3 cuz no 1 owns a 360 there.

that's what I thought, just wanted to be sure, and I know xbox sells poorly over there

At this point, it's PS3 exclusive in Japan.  There will be a 360 version for Europe and NA only.
