You can just use the files bar on the side to upload your crap up to 100 MB, and you can hotlink.

IDK what's happening, but if on photobucket, you should save as .PNG if you know what I'm talkin' about.

You saved as a jpeg (.jpg). You want to save as a PNG (.png). It's in the dropdown list when you save.
