Football or American Football?

More running in soccer hence better endurance and faster runners. Besides, all types of people play. There's small people who will whizz right by you, and bigger people who will knock a ninny DOWN.

Soccer is awesome if you like running and team play, and not a lot of scoring. If you're fast/agile and you really want to just run around a lot and enjoy strategies with a ball that's always in play with little down time, play this. The ball is always moving and people are free to roam anywhere on the field, pretty much, to plan your way to success.

Football is great if you like planned plays, tackling, hands-on sports with passing and handling the ball with your hands. All of the focus is always on the ball and there are very strict rules. If you can keep your position and perform your job correctly, and everyone on the team works together in their own way, you can be successful. Football can be great for people of all kinds - fast folks can play wide receiver, strong guys can play linebackers or tackles, and some faster, stronger guys with good agility can even be running backs. Even the larger guys can find their ways in to the offensive/defensive lines or center.

I'd have to pick soccer.

It's faster for me, so I like it. Plus, it's mah second favorite sport. :x
