While Wal-mart has it's uses, frankly more specilized stores are of better use if you're looking for anything specific in particular.
Best Buy is infinatly better than Wal-Mart for electronics X_X;;
Worst place though: Brandsmart USA. You'll never guess what they have! 8'' Black and White handheld tvs for $9!!!

It should cost around $5, but still, it's overpriced.

exactly proving my point...and I also wonder what kind of market is there for such a device? I mean honestly, I can understand watching TV Land stuff in B/W (merely because it wasn't recorded in color), but why would you want to watch modern stuff in black and white?! X_X;;

There isn't a market anymore because there are color portable TVs, plus the fact that they won't work starting February 2009. Most portable TVs won't.

That's why tax-free weekend here is only for school supplies.
