Java, it wasn't too short, it was the same length as ever other day except the one I added an hour because I knew I wouldn't be around. Every phase is 24 hours.
RedSox, though you aren't responsible to vote, you CAN go on trial; people can still vote you, but knowing you're the priest, they likely won't. You not voting doesn't count against you.
To those who vote/use abilities late; I always write my stories at or around the deadline. Before I click submit, I refresh a second tab to see if anyone did anything. If it's there AFTER the deadline, I write it in as late. If it's there BEFORE the deadline, I alter my story slightly. If you KNOW you're late, you might as well not bother. I'm strict about the deadlines.

I'm sorry I'm not keeping up to date with my front page edits, but if you follow my posts and pay attention you should know what's going on.
