My god, that gets annoying!  What is that, you ask?

One of our neighbor's dogs.  They treat it like garbage (don't beat it, just sometimes leave it out without shelter), and seem to be able to avoid animal control.

Even worse is when it starts barking.  IT. JUST. WON'T. STOP.  IT'S A FUCKING NUISANCE.  The barking never seems to cease until someone physically walks over there and tells them to shut their dog up.

And then, there are some kids that live over a block away, and evidently can wake up the living dead with how noisy they are.  Why do I know this?  I can frequently hear their screams all the way over here.

Basically, where I live can be a sound based hell.  Do any of you have anything that frequently annoys you where you live?

Yes, my suitemates. They thump around all day long, and play guitar and sing loudly. They constantly invite their loud friends over and they talk loudly and laugh even louder. I can hear them over my music. =/

Actually, we have joked with the neighbors across the street about knocking the dog upside the head with a bag of dry ice...  but that was just joking.
Also, we have tried animal control, but no luck.  They manage to avoid them somehow...

And the thing is, the people that own the dog are mexican.  Strange...

Well, my only other alternative is kill the owners and feed the bodies to the dog, that will shut it up for some time, then call the police and say it was a rabid dog attack and that he ate his owners and the dog will be put down with no possibility or returning. Both problems solved. Fulproof and air-sealed. :D

Our neighbors have like 8 cars so they spill out onto our street just to park.

Not a sound-based annoyance, it's just retarded.

Not really. I'm probably the biggest annoyance in my neighborhood. I always have my speakers turned up really high and play really loud music all the time D:

My neighbors don't mind though, they are in their 20s, so they have their music really loud too :P

Well, when I was younger (5 years ago!) we had these frogs that would just
"ribbit" and like make this..."nyahhhhhh" sound... especially after it rained.

They still to this day make that noise, but mostly during spring or summer season.

1 night around 3 in the morning it got so bad I went in my back yard to try to find the little buggers and destroy them..... somehow. :D
Regardless I was mad.

I can handle the noise now though.

They don't live like, next door.  All it'll do is give my neighbors some music to listed too.  They live across the street, and up a house or two.

Besides, my neighbors that live in the immediate vicinity of my house really wouldn't care all that much, since they're like, really good friends.  And the people who have that dog wouldn't give a poop since they don't care about that dog's noise.

Not putting a car in a garage is a sin in my book.  I'm a big car guy, so yeah.

Loud Cars, loud plains, and loud police car/amubulance/fire truck sirens passing by, all day long.
