When the US gives Israel weapons, it's fair trade.

Yeah.  It's pretty stupid.  I hate how people side with the Jews when they are no better.  I hate both groups and I hope they completely annihilate each other.

I'm impartial to the Muslims, simply because there are more of them, and they're weaker.  But frankly, none of this would have happened if they hadn't picked a stupid place to put Israel.  It's the fault of both parties, yet the fault of none.

Well, the major problem is Palestine in terms of land area, not israel itself.
In the origional UN treaty in 1948, Israel didn't have palestine. In fact, it was HALF of what it is now. It didn't even have Jerusalem. That still belonged to palestine (Israel had some rights to the city, but only for religeous purposes). Of course, the muslime world couldn't stand losing a piece of land half the size of Maine, and they still had Jerusalem. So they attack and lose, and lose land in the process.
*just a brief history lesson*

I'm not saying this is ALL their fault (Isreal is being pretty darn violent), but to be honest they're usually the ones instigating the problems X_X;;

What stupid and skewed view of history.  Actually, you can't just claim land on the basis of your religion, and I don't know how the UN can stand for that poop.  And, also, the Muslims have a religious connection to Jerusalem as well, and it's actually older than that of the Jews.  So, yeah the Palestinians are the "instigators," but who wouldn't be if they are taken out of a place that belonged to them.

Like I said, they weren't given Jerusalem, only basic "visitation" rights for religeous purposes. They couldn't lay claim to it. Also, Judism is FAR older than Islam. Islam (like Christianity) is a religeon that stems from the Jewish faith. Islam is younger than christianity, so I don't know how you can make that claim.
If you don't know how the UN can stand for it, it's probably because they're the fundamental cause of it all. We can blame Israel now, and basically since the 60's, but the origional problems were the UN's deal in the early years...mostly cuz they supplied weapons.
Also, I can argue for hours on how that area really doesn't "belong" to them via the Native American/US argument. (meaning the country of Juda was there long before Islam even existed, so let's not get pedantic about this "belonging" stuff)

The things is sites became religious after certain events so it's possible for Muslims to claim to it before Jews. In fact, they do have a claim before the Jews since they owned the land before they were forced out of it by the UN.
And, no, you couldn't argue with that.  If you did your point would be beyond facile and simplistic.  Native Americans were forced out of it without much of a fight in comparison with Palestinians.  The Palestine/Jewish conflict is far bigger and could have more dangerous repercussions.   If you brought the Native American argument you would also have to remember that theoretically the land belongs to the Native Americans since they were here before European settlers; if you are taking fairness into account, of course, which is what we are basing our argument on.  Also, the Jews left Jerusalem some time way before the Arabs claimed Jerusalem, and they were fine with that until Hitler and because nobody wanted them.   So, in my opinion the situation is far different.

Britneymahboy, you really don't know much about history do you.
First off, the Jews didn't just "leave" like you claim it to be (either you're claiming that or you really don't know much about history). The country of Juda was essentially conqured by the Assyrians, Babylonians, Greeks, then Romans in history. Although treated somewhat harshly, the Jews were sort of left alone for various reasons after one take-over by another group. Eventually the Roman collapse sent the area in turmoil, eventually shunning the Jews out of the area. (This is mostly due to the upcoming Byazantine Empire)
Basically because of the ruin was the reasons the Muslims got the area (through various deals with the Byzantine).
That's a very BASIC history (it is far more complicated than that, but it gives you the basic idea).
Also, the Jews werent "fine" until Hitler. Need I remind you of the Spanish Inquisition? (basically totall persecution of all non-Christain groups), afterwards they moved to eastern european countries were they lived in small ghetos (I will forever hate rappers for using that word in the way they do), and almost as badly persecuted by Russian and German groups (Poland was relatively stable in comparison). Afterwards did the Holocaust and Hitler came in.
As far as the Native American conflict, I said that if I wanted to get pedantic, I could use that argument. The simple argument of "belonging" has no place because it's a moot point. Whether or not Palestine gets independence, it really doesn't matter, Isreal is going no where.
Finally, Hamas is pretty much bringing this upon themselves. They think it's a good idea to fight a well designed and organized military (albeit aided by American at every turn, but still a well run military) with a small group of guys with trucks and simple RPG's? There are other ways to get their point across. Is Israel being overly violent? Of course. But then again, Hamas is tossing rockets into busses and the like...so what do you really want them to do?

jnfs2014

I fully agree with Nayr. Israel had been conquered by EVERY world power since the Assyrians/Chaldeans.

Why does it seem that Israel causes all the trouble?

It's a piece of crap IMO.  I wonder if there's a way that the UN can  make that area public domain somehow?

Why did you think when I said leaving it meant that they got out of Jerusalem singing the Yellow Brick Road to another country?  I know how they left, and that was hardly necessary.  They left.  Isn't that what you just said?  I never said they were fine in that sense either.  If you read well, you can see I said nobody wanted them.  As for your second part of that of that semi-constructive paragraph, if it belongs to no one, then how would the conflict ever be solved.  Hamas is not going to give up, and neither is Israel.  I guess they can kill themselves until both of them die?  That was my first option actually.  There's just no good way to end that stupid fight.
