Well, say you have an iPod.



To the naive eye, that would look like a legitimately bought song. Album art, album name, correct spelling of everything, etc.

So, if you have a song with, say, no album art, no album name, or even no artist, someone who isn't "up to date" with technology might get suspicious, even if you did rip the song off a CD you paid for.
