Time to file a lawsuit. If no on Prop 8 people can sue California for allegedly violating constitutional rights, then we the people can sue the Obama administration for violating the national constitution.

Woah woah woah.  Sue?  That would mean it that they're seeking financial reparations for something.  The case in California currently is to see if Prop 8 is either an amendment or a revision to the California Constitution.
