There are times where I guess I'm not 100% out.  So I'm dreaming, and I'm usually doing something physical, like playing basketball (real example).  So in my dream I'm playing, then I pass or shoot the ball or something, and my body will actually jerk forward like I actually did it.

So I'm asleep, dreaming of playing basketball and I shoot the ball in my dream.  My sleeping body's hands jerk forward like I actually shot the ball and it wakes me up instantly.  Other examples are I'm dreaming of like running or something, then I trip.  I reach out to catch myself, and my hands jerk forward again.  Sometimes I kick out, it's weird O_o

I'm messed up.
