A message to you nine year olds.

Woot first semi flame. Constructive criticism...heard of it? Here is another thing if McDonalds served you a hamburger and there was a bite out of it and the bun was green would you eat it? Didnt think so....you see they are providing a service...and in order for that service to be a success you must appeal to those that are using that service. If no one complains about the green bun and bite marks that is all you will get....therefore one must complain ( to an extent ) or else this site is a rotten bun ( fguratively of course :P ) Think about it...or chew on it :-\ but think, yes THINK! Before calling person 9 years old, make sure they aren't ;) oh wise one...because your point wont get across. Got it? Kapeesh? Work with it, and maybe you will understand how services ( regardless of fee ) work. Anyone got a problem with me saying this? If so here is a moldy bun. /rant

You mentioned constructive criticism. But how is "u modz suk we need iconz!" constructive? Maybe if they said "You know, the mods aren't doing a good job. They are being lazy, and I don't like this site because..."; I wouldn't have made this thread. But they are completely disregarding that they are working hard. And to put it simply: the site isn't a 'moldy piece of bread'. It could be in the future, but it isn't hurting anyone. In fact, it is beneficial.

Well they really haven't done anything wrong at all... people are just making a big deal over little things, they haven't cut out disscussion out of anything important and if you handle a thing politely and without acting like a Nine year old that's how wou'll be treated in return. But if you keep spamming and complaining about the most trivial things that even the Administrators can't fix at the moment because of other issues then you'll be treated like a 9 year old, because that's how you're acting. If you want to rant about stupid stuff and be an idiot go to 4chan or something.

You see when going on a rant...or writing an essay you must back up the facts. In your post never once did you give specifics...and I havent seen these posts so how am I to know? :| I am sure they are...but I believe they are big boys and girls and can defend themselves as well...not that what you are doing is wrong, but the support they are giving you for defending them makes them look like the 9 year olds. :O BTW i never said the site is a "moldy piece of bread" nor did I imply it. After seeing the rules of power on, and Phantom123 just copy and pasting the rules he makes from another website, can't argue this to the extent I wish to. However, they are still being responsible and running the forum. That may or may not atribute to their maturity, but I think it means something if they are taking time out of their life to make a community for people to have fun in.

Be more specific about 'it', rather than just asking me what I have done about 'it'. There's several issues about these board.

Just in case you guys have forgotten: Every forum you go to will have some complaining. The amount is differnt, yes, but it's still there. Learn to live with it. Every mod or admin eventually comes to terms with it.

I honestly haven't seen much whining here yet.

I think there is a difference. The NOA's on Nsider were being paid for their work. However, the admins on this forum are paying for it themselves. It shows that they care. I am certain that a majority of the staff may listen to the members. I know Phantom123 is. But a few, or many, or most, may not. We will see with time.
