Is Captain Falcon in Brawl?

I heard about it in another topic and I didn't know if he was really in Brawl or not. CF is the best character in Melee, I've won every battle using him. It's very rare to lose when using CF.

G&W is probably the funnest character to use, i guess ive just used him so much ive gotten a mastery with him...hes got all the attack types (long range, phisical, random, projectile, ect.) and hes got at least 2 quick 1 hit ko attacks.

Tiers are created solely off of opinion, imo.  I ignore them and just use who I like.

As for CF, he's more-or-less in, but currently not announced.

Tiers are created on how that character does in tournaments, as well as their meta game.. If you started to see people winning big tournaments all over the place with Bowser, he would be raised in the tier list.

And thunderhero, G&W has no quick 1-hit moves (that is, from 0. But after a certain percentage, everyone has 1-hit moves). Most 1-hit ko attacks mean nothing in smash because they usually take time, and no one other than an autistic 6-year old would be hit by a move like that. If that wasn't the case, everyone would be using Roy because of his Neutral B.

Seriously, I find "pro" gaming to be a waste of time; it's the main reason why I've decided to stay a casual gamer. >_>

Since when did you competing in professional tournaments have to do with any of this? Besides, tiers can help when your playing with friends too. I used to get my ass kicked when I mained Link, but when I switched to Fox I would beat all my friends.
