This is unconstitutional, they really can't do this since computers and such are private property, also, if they want "illegal downloads" to stop, that's going to be tough considering EVERYONE who has a computer has illegal downloads. I mean really, I bet most politicians have illegal music, just like everyone else.

Time to file a lawsuit. If no on Prop 8 people can sue California for allegedly violating constitutional rights, then we the people can sue the Obama administration for violating the national constitution.

Woah woah woah.  Sue?  That would mean it that they're seeking financial reparations for something.  The case in California currently is to see if Prop 8 is either an amendment or a revision to the California Constitution.
